Hi, My name is Alex Chong, welcome to the Sakura Kristal Group of Companies. We have 3 brands which are Sakura Kristal, Makan Culture and #Leleh. We have our factory called Quik Fresh. Our Group of Companies has 11 outlets as of now and we are looking to have more outlets in the near future.
Leleh in MyTown, next to IKEA Cheras is one of our restaurants and it is the latest brand. This is a particularly small lot, we are having a more condensed menu. Our specialty will be Char Kuay Teow Basah that we can normally get from Warung but we are trying to bring this concept into the shopping mall and hopefully this will be the next trend that will hit the market.
The other signatures are Teh Tarik Leleh and Lekor Cheese.

The Char Kuay Teow Basah is a very old and traditional kind of Char Kuay Teow you can find in Warung area. We try to incorporate into a concept and bring it into a mall so everyone can dine in and actually taste whatever they can find outside but inside of the mall we have a more comfortable kind of place like air-cond and music.
The best combo is with the Teh Tarik Leleh. Why Teh Tarik? I bet every Malaysian loves Teh Tarik. We named this Teh Tarik as Teh Tarik Leleh, because the whole concept of this restaurant is all about messy, leleh. It’s like everywhere. As you can see the Teh Tarik Leleh has no presentation at all but you will enjoy the every bits of the flavour.
This is our Lekor Cheese, why Cheese? Uhm.. more like a craze over it, but I have tried in my kitchen. We found out It actually goes very well with the fish flavor and it feels like it is not too ‘muak’. Since is Leleh, so I put more Cheese, so the customer can feel that it’s so cheesy and creamy but not the very ‘muak’ kind of Lekor Cheese that we will find outside.
